Woman accuses husband of strangling puppy to death
An 18-year-old man has been arrested and charged with cruelty to an animal after police said he strangled his wife's puppy during an argument.

Fisrt the animals then on to humans.. Jeffery Dahmer style. Dosen't matter what age you start at. the kid is probly next if it's not his. she has to leave him now before it gets worse..
