Judge it!damn. Seems like the father is the last person this kid should be released to.just to let you guys know he was released to his father. i can't believe this the kid made a statement. this is how our court system works. he is out i hope someone gets him

people, people, calm down. he probably just paid bail. i'm sure that the charges weren't dropped!!!! before freaking out let's wait and see. i don't believe that this SOB will get out of it that easily. god bless the little one!

the mother is still locked up i checked the status today and they still have her in custody. If any one has the sons first name i will check to see if he is still in custody too. I just know his last name is galvin so it wont give me any info. I will check back. Let's pray for the little girl and never forget what happened to her. THe 15 yr old and Eric will get what they deserve. What kind of father bails his kid out for raping a 3yr old? My question is eric and helen still together he didnt bail her out

You cannot get access to the juvenile records because he is underage, I already checked. As for not having to post bail, I highly doubt that, and I have had contact with reporters from the area and they said that even if he has been temporarily released on bail, the charges WILL NOT BE DROPPED!!! And yes Eric and Helen are still together, he is paying for her lawyer or rather his grandmother probably is, and he is recieving letters from her from jail saying how much she love him. UGH!!!What kind of life can they possibly have together after this?

How can a woman love a man more than her own baby? This is another example of women who love their men even when he abuses her children. What's wrong with these women?

The sad thing is is one day she is going to realize what a scumbag Eric is, not that she can be much better if she stood by and let this happen to her baby, but one day I bet it is going to hit her and she will feel so sorry and regret everything, but it is too late, she lost her baby!! All for a toothless bald scheming son of a bitch!!
