Gettysburg College gives fire department $200K for ladder truck

Gettysburg College is donating $200,000 to the Gettysburg Fire Department to help cover the cost of the organization's new 104-foot aerial ladder truck.

It took a while for my eyes to adjust, but there it was, a Gettysburg story that actually made sense. Way to go, Gettysburg College.

Maybe some elected idiots in a nearby township will see this. This is the proper way to support your local VOLUNTEER Fire Department.
