Man arrested twice in five hours

A Hanover man was arrested twice in the course of five hours earlier this week for driving under the influence, police said.

First of all he is under age.Second of all,after the first DUI you would think that the police took him to the police station and had someone come pick him up. Is he really that stupid to get busted yet again for the same thing?

It's not clear to me from the article where he was between arrests, but yes...apparently he is that stupid.
