Gettysburg railway asks for cease, desist

The company that runs the Gettysburg Scenic Railway has issued a cease-and-desist letter to a former employee who alleged the trains were unsafe.

"Messages left at the headquarters of Pioneer Railcorp, which is based in Illinois and runs the scenic railway, went unanswered Wednesday."

Pretty much says all you need to know.

Just looking at the state of their rolling stock shows Pioneer is only interested in taking in $$$$ and not putting much back into the appearance of the equipment.

maybe this guy sifakis doesn't warrant a 'cease and desist' thingie..., perhaps because he's just trying to prevent a needless accident and speaking the truth, but i know about as much as him :-)
