It's practically free now. Let's see what the crazy liberal naysayers have to say about this!

Rob Luff missed the obvious question a reporter with his antenna up would ask: If retailers "often lose money on each transaction" why haven't some gasoline retailers closed their doors--gone out of business?
I haven't seen any Franklin Co. gas stations quit, go out of business because they were losing money on each transaction. Rob, did you find that claim hard to believe? It just does not ring true, Rob, because there's no hard evidence to make it credible.

Don't think we'll ever see 1.50 anymore!! Seems like once they hit two dollars they never came back down just kept rising and that was hurricaine Katrina's fault.

Gas prices have been falling in Carlisle, but nowhere else. I pay 3.49 up there when I go to work, but all the surrounding areas are still in the 3.80s. Makes no sense to me.

Gas prices dropping? Are they trying to imply that's paying $2.50-$3.00 is acceptable?

For the record...we paid $3.65/gal in Harrisburg today.

I bet as soon as the election is over, for every penny it drops now, it will jump up a nickle.

I am looking forward to having the $4+ gas back. It's the only thing that kept all these fools from wasting gas like it was water.

Increase the gas tax and we'll all be better off for it.

$3.95 for 87 grade. 85 grade in C. Springs is $3.84...but unless you're driving a scooter or a skateboard, your car runs like crap on this stuff at this altitude. Better off buying 'mid-grade' 87 and getting more miles per gallon than less...might pay an extra $1 per tank to buy mid-grade...

WOW! Gas prices are so low now. I can forget about that Prius I was going to buy and get one of those discounted Lincoln Navigators like I really wanted! Thank you President Dubya. I know you are truly behind this decrease in the price of gas. The Iraq war and especially the recent surge in Iraq are no doubt responsible for this drastic decrease in the price of gasoline. I'm just sad that you can't run for another term as president.
One other note to Sandy Farrow. What good stuff have you been taking?$1.50 a gallon for gas?!?! I wouldn't hold my breath for that to happen...you'll surely pass out!
