Police: Woman soils store's floor with her feces

After purchasing a pack of cigarettes, a woman went to a corner of an Adams County convenience store and defecated on the floor Saturday night.

Would it have been okay if she informed the store manager after she did this? Telling them she couldn't hold it???????? How do you prosecute this if she claims it was an accident????????? Just wondering??

What if a toddler did this - would it be okay then? Also, what about someone vomiting in the store? I am not saying it is right - but how could you charge someone if they claim it was an accident and couldn't make it to the bathroom????

This is just a malicious act. She could hold it. She was at the front of the store and paid, so she could have went outside behind the store if she had to go really bad. Instead she traveled to a back corner inside the store. What a pig!
