11 years? Are you kidding?"...could've done 36" as this article stated. The abuse this infant endured and the affects this child is going to have. If this was my girls I would've handled it differently. What happens in 11 years when this sick pervert gets out? Guarantee he will do this again. Perhaps castration?

What kind of DA negotiates a plea agreement like this? Why didn't this sicko go to jury trial???!!! The DA's office needs to stop being lazy and take these cases to trial!!!! That's what the citizens want, so do it and stop giving these criminals plea deals! All of the attorneys in the DA's office are a bunch of sissies!

The District Attorney and District Judge(Quintero) are both being too soft on scum like this. This isn't justice, this is a joke.

At least he did not receive probation! But I do have to agree with everyone else, he should have received more time!

Do none of you realize that even though the sentence is suspended he could end up serving it. 11 years is not long enough but the entire sentence hangs over his head. Stop whining about the DA and the Judges and get active in your community.

His sentence should have been the donation of his brain for investigation of what is wrong with it! There is something definately askew in it. Anyone who would do this doesn't need to be in jail. He needs to be dead!

Ummm, the DAs who negotiate these kinds of deals are the ones YOU VOTE INTO OFFICE!!! There is only one way to fix it permanently, vote the DA out next election.
