There are some good ideas in this letter, but the "global warming" (now called 'climate change') propaganda is not one of them.

To Grasses good ideas, I would add that the City of Deming treasury should be opened up to buy, fuel, and man another local bus to counter-flow the existing bus service.

Also, perhaps the addition of just one lane to 180 instead of two would keep the bumper-huggers off my fuel-conserving slow speed.
