Teens reach out to give helping hand

For a second weekend a large group of teens and their Juvenile Probation and Parole Officer, David Norvell from the Youth and Family Services Department, have spent their Saturday giving Puppy Dog Ranch a much-needed helping hand on many unfinished projects throughout the Ranch. Full Story
