Bristow post office on suspension

Without a postmaster, the post office in Bristow has been placed on emergency suspension.

Wonder why no one could be found? Could it be micro-management? Could it be no one wanted to be driven into the ground if they didn't make the numbers. Service is not a consideration.

What is going on. No one to DELIVER the mail!!!! CRAZY!!!!!

We had many offers to work at this post office, but it was the USPostal Service that already had it decided that they would close it. The women that wanted to work here were qualified and currently work for the Post Office right now. Several even had interviews, and currently run a post office right now. It didn't matter to them, that one of the ladies live's right in town and wouldn't have to drive 100 miles a day for her current job. It was already decided before letters were sent out.........

What do we expect of government 'services'? Heck, our money is going to pay for nation-building in Iraq, to OPEC, to China, to India, to South Korea, to Japan and to paying the debt service on our HUGE national debt [in exess of $12 TRILLION dollars of short term principal - excluding long-term commitments that we'll never keep to the tune of another $45 TRILLION or so. Mail service - why bother / what do you expect?
