Way to go jack@$$, shouldn't you be arguing non-senseitically about who controls the NY Senate. Somebody didn't get their pockets lined so they killed a deal. Can anyone say Kate Murray's continued and baffling refusal to allow the Lighthouse project to move forward?

I'm afraid this is just the first of many, as Long Island's high taxes and cost of living are forcing many businesses to make tough decisions.

Politicians don't care about us people. I say we give them all term limits on our own.

Vote every politcian out in the next election. Who care is if you are DEM or Repub. Just vote for the new person.

Fed up with BS here and in DC

Just so you all know Sen. Charles Fuschillo Jr. (R-Merrick) was the legislator that they were referring to in the article.

Tennessee moves up to No. 2 spot as best for business

Tennessee is the nation’s second best state for business, according to Site Selection, a leading economic development industry magazine.

The state moves up from No. 6 in the annual rankings. North Carolina took the top spot.

The rankings are determined by a state’s success in expanding and attracting business facility activity, and by several criteria important to corporate site selectors, including workforce, transportation infrastructure and ease of doing business with regulators and government officials.

Just wait till the CAP and TRADE goes thru!! Then watch the companies line up and leave.

Call your congress person and tell them no!!!!!!!

FYI Cap & Trade is a Hugh tax on energy!!(electric, gas, oil, etc)

Cap & Trade already passes the house and going to senate.

If this passes, LI will be a ghost town,

Dumb NY politicians did the same thing to my company; and I took the move with them.

Best thing I ever did in my life. I live like a middle class person now, and we now have some extra money to put away every month.

Get out of NY now, while you can. It is a terrible place to raise a family.

Most civil engineers know that when a bridge collapses there are warning signs, including metal groaning and rivets popping. Just a few at first and then more and more in rapid succession.

Well folks the rivets are popping now.

was wondering who the incompetent imbecile is; unfortunately we elect these morons because anyone that would be qualified to run the government doesn't want anything to do with it.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Virgo

Be careful you don't wind up doing someone else's work today, Virgo. There are all sorts of little tricks to persuade you to take pity on them, from pretending to be ill to making such a hash of everything that you can't bear to watch for a moment longer. Then you are likely to be asked to put in some overtime, at the expense of your social life. Grr.
