This article is misleading in that if you built A storm shelter after Feb.10th 2009 ,you do not qualify for the reimbursement grant due to the fact that you have already built your shelter. It does not make that clear in the article. Many of us had to borrow money to build the shelters and may still have payments on them. I just feel that is not fair, when there is basically 300,000.00 in grant money awarded to Lone Grove alone.
