I understand that some people reject the death penalty. Today we financially support more people who committ crimes that are just as gory as this. Our children are failing because we do not support the schools. These people are a parasite on society. The ones which have been sentenced to life in jail, will bleed our system. They have meals every day, health care and a roof over their head. They won't be laid off, and don't need to worry about rent or where the next meal is coming from. People who kill people for fun, sport, and not out of self defense became a monster or worse. They are not humans any more. It is not a question where anyone like this woman has served enough time, or if some feel she has been rehabilitated. She hasn't. She would not be asking for release if she had. It doesn't matter whether she is dying. After we are born we are guaranteed that we will die. She has lived longest in jail as a female. It is not important, what is important is the fact that she murdered people. She may return to that status and somehow kill again by fidgeting with monitors.

I and the children, and other citizens in this state feel safer if she were kept in custody. It was her choice to cut her leg to live longer. This was an attempt to stop the cancer from spreading. It has yet to metasized, I guess, no mention of this either. We the taxpayers are paying for her treatment also. This type of treatment sets people back into bankrupcty.

The very sad part is the lives she took. The brutality, and saddness she inflicted upon everyone. We don't know what the unborn child would have done in this world. We never will. Look at the baby(s) aound you, they don't deserve to die this way. Stand up and make a stand, fight for them. They can't fight like you can. Protect them. Protect their innocence. Feel for them, and punish those who take the life from them.

She should stay there. I would have better hoped she would be dead already if the death sentence had been upheld in the 70's. All of the Manson followers and the others who took innocent lives.

I am for the death penalty. It is wrong to take a life. Then say you are punishing them, while supporting them. Thirty years is too long for appeals, and I feel that we need to learn that compassion should be felt for the victims, and anyone who might become a victim, by these parasites who prey on victims to make them the guilty party for where they are today.

Think about the unborn baby, not only the other but the baby. She murdered a baby. She wants compassion. Life in prision was compassion. She would have been dead if the death penalty hadn't been overturned. Stay put.
