20-year-old man slain by police is identified

Police have identified a 20-year-old man shot to death by New Castle County SWAT officers this morning.

i knew cory croom he was a good person and a loving person he was like a brother to me and im gonna miss him so much the police did not have to kill him the way they did i hope they all loose they jobs because cory croom was a very special friend to me rest in peace cash
