I am searching for information on a Greyhound Bus and a moving train wreck that happened in the Marion, Illinois area in 1943/44. My father was in the accident as a young man and has since passed away. Can anyone direct me to where I might find newspaper articles for that time frame. I have three 8x10 black and white photos of the carnage with the address of 1001 E. Main and the name of the photographer Carl Sorgen stamped on the back. Any help would be most appreciated.
Thank you
