THIS PLACE IS CRAP!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE..!!!!!!!! CLINT OR HIS GOOBER BOYS SCRACHED THE HELL OUT OF MY NEW 1 YR OLD CAR RIMS & WHEN CONFRONTED ABOUT SAID IT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED ANYWHERE!!! AND OFFERED TO TAKE MY NEW CAR RIMS OFF AND TAKE THEM OUT BACK....AND paint... the scratches THEY PUT ON THERE... NO THANK YOU !! I AM NOW GOING TO HAVE TO PAY A COMPETENT DEALERSHIP OF MY CAR BRAND TO FIX HIS BLUNDER....I DID NOT WANT THIS GOOBER TO EXPERIMENT WITH MY EXPENSIVE CAR!!! WHAT A JERK HE WAS TO ME.. HE WAS YELLING AT ME FOR CONFRONTING HIM ABOUT THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR...
I THOUGHT I WAS DOING A GOOD DEED FOR MY COMMUNITY , BY SUPPORTING A LOCAL BUSINESS WHERE I LIVE, BUT I MADE THE WRONG DECISION & NOW AM LEFT WITH A EXPENSIVE MESS TO FIX..
CLINT THE OWNER WAS NOT TRUTHFUL WHEN HE SAID HE COULD PUT TIRES ON A VW AUTO.,THEY HE SAID AFTERWARDS ANY AUTOMOTIVE PLACE IN HARRISONVILLE WOULD HAVE SCRACHED THE RIMS UP..
NO I DO NOT THINK SO GOOBER BOY!!!
HE IS GO HIS $$$$, AND DIDN'T CARE ABOUT REPEAT BUSINESS... what a jerk!!
BEWARE THE CHEEPEST PLACE IS NOT---NOT ALWAYS THE BEST WORKMANSHIP.. LESSON LIVE AND LEARN!! I WOULD PAY MORE FOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP!! OH FOR YOUR INFORMATION Clints Automotive sells the fancy smancy flashey rims he would not even take care of that were on my auto before this tire change out on my 2008 auto.. What in the heck is he selling something to people that he is not even going to have respect for when the person brings and auto in his shop.. Why would you sell these fancy rims & have them displayed in your shop if you don't respect the persons auto that has them on when comming it.
NO IT IS NOT OK TO DAMAGE ANYONE AUTO RIMS INCLUDED. I WOULD EXPECT TO RECIEVE MY AUTO BACK IN THE SAME CONDITION EXCELLENT---AS WHEN I WENT INTO THE PLACE..
THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!!! DAMAGED GOOD!!WAS RETURNED...I JUST WANTED TO GE THE HELL OUT OF THERE. I DID NOT WANT THE GOOBERS THAT WORK HERE TO LAY ONE MORE HAND ON MY CAR... NO NO SLAPPING PAINT ON DEEP SCRATCED RIMS OUT BACK... I THINK NOT GOOBER BOYS.I WILL GO TO A QUALIFIED AUTO DEALER TO REPAIR THEIR MESS..
THE CHEEPEST IN TOWN IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST....THINK WHY ARE THEY THE LEAST EXPENSIVE,,,IT MIGHT BE BECAUSE OF QUALITY AND KNOWLEDGE... HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE,,,AND SAVES A HEADACHE & HEART ACHE..SOME CARS ARE PART OF A FAMILY!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU REALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR AUTO..

It seems to me that if 'jle'would have worked WITH the crew at Clints he could have had a happier ending to his boo hoo story.
Having been in the tire business I have seen that the Goobers like 'jle' come to the shop with an attitude from the start.
Let's look at this. First it was a VW.Second Fancy smancy rims.(on a VW?) Third if you have the money to purchase such a furturistic vehicle with plated wheels what the HELL were you thinking Goober Boy when you took your Fantabulous car to an independant tire shop? The guys were right. It would have happened to your Goober rims anywhere. What you should have done at any cost was take your Goober VW to an authorized VW tire shop...but wait..there is no-such shop. OK then a Goodyear tire center would have worked. There you would have signed a waiver and your goobery rims would have been scratched for three times the money. Wow then you could have cried GOOBER tears and bitched about Goodyear. You see JLE we stick togather here in Gooberville and we know the truth and we know BS

I have had nothing but excellent service at Clint's tire. All of my friends and family members use this tire shop. The Goober that whined about his precious rims should drive his flimsy VW back to St. Louis on the rims and trade it for a Chevrolet. All the employees are courteous and very helpful at Clint's tire and I will continue to do business there.

My husband and I have used this establishments for both of our vehicles for years and have a high opinion of them. They are always courteous, quick and helpful. There are certainly two sides to this story.

Number One: You vehicle should not be such a priced worldly possession. It is only a means of transportation so deal with it.

i like the place. i have questions, they give answers which satisfy me for the most part. i need tires, oil, alignments, etc...and have to say
that i have had nothing but positive results from the guys who work there.
i recommend clint's whenever i can.

Meh. Thats all I would say about Clint's. I'd been pissed too, but then again I love my car and treat it as a "priced worldly possession." lol Who wants their car scratched period whether your a car person or not?
