Oh uh, John Grant. Yes, he's my uh, father. Right. Who do I talk to to get the money?*ahem*
|

Not all homeless people want a home. So the man had some money. I've heard pan handling pays pretty good. Especially when you have no bills. Living a simple, no frills, only buy food as you need it life tends to allow that money to grow.

So he really wasn't a homeless man. The report reads - transient who lived in an Iowa motel and left behind $263,000 when he died. Contradiction in terms? Homeless man LIVES IN a motel, that's his home.

Makes for a more eye-catching tagline to say he's homeless. Who cares if the reporting is incorrect? ;p

I say it is nobody's business what he left. I know that it is not mine and do not envy the person that inherits the sum of money. We all will leave someday the same way we came into this world with nothing, so get used to the idea.

Why that must be my dearly departed Uncle John.

Maybe he had a home and sold it. Hence, the wad of cash.

Maybe we are kissin' cusins..... LOL Only in Kentucky, I suppose. ;O) How's things with you? |
|
Let's see, he could have bought a 600K McMansion in 2004 with the entire 264K as a down-stroke.
Thing is, with the housing crash, he would have likely lost the entire 264K equity, thereby causing him to be foreclosed upon, thus being a homeless dead guy with no money! |
|
Fleabitten McMansion owner thinker that you are, do you think your drivel will really make the homeless feel a little better about their plight? Or are you trying to justify your own guilt when your bad moral character at allowing a man to live homeless while you luxuriate in a home smacks you in the face? Please know, NO person would choose to live homeless to simply "let money grow." Please, spare us. I say the man was found with the money because he just came into it somehow, and coming inot such money is the likely place to start trying to find out why he was found dead. LOSER. |

corr: "inot" = into
Or, maybe he was homeless because he was blind ... it happens in our shameless Libertarian Republican tax cut world. |
