A defendant who intends to offer at trial the defense of insanity, or a claim of mental infirmity, shall, at the time required for filing an omnibus pretrial motion under Rule 578, file of record notice signed by the defendant or the attorney for the defendant, with proof of service upon the attorney for the Commonwealth, specifying intention to claim such defense. Finally, he has tried every other defense and now he pleads mentally unstable. Guess he is really desperate now. He and patti swore he was "No sociopath" Hope the Da's office pulls off some of their latest postings on here.
So now that he is claiming to be mentally unfit, does that mean the the recent lawsuit against the Da's office, Clarks summit and GOD (I think that was who he was referring to as JOHN DOE) will be thrown out? Let me guess... he was only mentally unstable on the day he got caught drinking and sharp as a tack with an amazing IQ on the other days.

this is the first time throughout this whole thing that he finally is about to admit the truth about himself. we all know he is a wacko and now he is finally agreeing. now all it will take is for his girlfriend to admit that she is also wacky and they can both live happily ever after(in jail).
By the way, is it true he was granted another continuance and his trial date is pushed off again until August or September? nobody knows what year. can you believe?

You are missing the only defense he has not tried.

He used everyone is just jelous of him.
He used everyone else is guilty.
He used the excuse it was set up by the mob.
He used his controller was at fault (patty).
He used he paid all the bills there must be a mistake.
He used he was drugged.
He used he was framed.
He used he was having a heart attack.
He blamed everyone but himself.

He needs to use the “Diplomatic immunity” excuse. He can claim he is really a diplomat from another country.

Acting on recommendations from a “transition team” made up of attorneys from around the county, the new majority commissioners appointed attorney Sid Prejean as full-time chief public defender. He’ll be one of four full-time attorneys in the office, along with First Assistant Public Defender Joseph Kalinowski, Dominic Mastri and new hire Joe McGraw. Three other attorneys who had been full-time at the public defender’s office — join five new hires as part-time public defenders.

The commisioners said they believe not all employees were putting in full days and working to their potential.

However, Mr. Washo and Mr. O’Brien deny that any of their decisions in hiring or firing had anything to do with politics.

Salary:

# Assistant Public Defender Joe McGraw,$37,500 a year

Well i dont know about all of this,,,( i cant make any unstubstantiated statetments) but it seems that someone and/or Attorney McGraw's distint relative... has been making some campain contrabutions themselves.... to both parties at different years... Wonder what was wanted at election time....
