Why worry about "getting caught" when with a proper 215 recommendation it is LEGAL for you to grow cannabis indoors?
The ones that should worry are the police and DA that are going to get sued blind for violating people 215 rights.
215 does not make it legal to alter electrical systems in houses and to sell marijuana to anybody who pays the right price. 215 has become a joke. The people who use their 215 for legitamite reasons are being overshadowed by the overwhelming numbers of people using it as an easy front for a profitable buisiness.

Also, lets not forget that marijuana is still technically illegal. The people who are too stupid or lazy to go to a doctor and get a 215,(anybody can get one), deserve to be punished. Back pain, stomach pain, headaches... the list goes on. Make something up and most doctors in Humboldt will give you whatever you want. Pathetic.

Why not???

BTW, Mj is not as harmful as the Gov't wants us to believe it is. They've been caught lying on multiple fronts. From it's effect on the body, to it's effect on crime and morality. This prohibition is a lie set up so that overly influential figures with connections could make an extra buck. It has NOTHING to do with the public welfare. The fact that this prohibition exists is one of the biggest hypocrisies ever perpetrated on the American public. Let me know if you'd like more detail, or better yet, look it up for yourself. Cross-search marijuana with Anslinger, DuPont, the Federal Bereau of Narcotics, Hearst. Let me know what you find.

If that was ever going to happen it would have by now. The busts are solid felony cases and the growers are being convicted every time. With more to come.

You are a dolt. The grows that get busted are so far out of the medical boundaries it is ridiculous. 20 pounds and 147 plants. These are about money and nothing else.

I would like to know what sort of illicit "drug activity " this so-called-neighbor was complaining about. In a place where people are allowed to have a 215 card and grow marijuana, police should not have the right to raid every house a neighbor complains about. You cannot assume that someone is doing something illegal around here because you see some plants or something. Just like the "pot city" showed all of these "potential grow houses", they don't know anything about those houses. You have no idea if it is really a grow house or not. You don't know how many of these people are peacefully living there with their 215. Shame on neighbors for trying to call out others for what they do not know for certain. It does not matter that this house had weed in it, why were the police even able to raid it in the first place?

I'm calling BS on this one. "Most doctors in Humboldt" are legitimate. There are a few 215 doctors here (3 or 4 I think) who give out recommendations for about $150. They last for a year, then you have to go back and get "re-examined" for a renewed recommendation. The renewals cost about $100.

The US Supreme Court ruled this month that anonymous tips are not enough reason for a traffic stop, or a search warrant. The police must observe criminal activity.
Look it up, any case that is based solely on a tip is going to get tossed.
You see the USA Constitution GUARANTEES you the right to face your accuser.
Thank God we are a Federated Republic and not a true Democracy, mob rule is really scary stuff.

PS
Any Doctor giving out ANY drugs for long term use, is required by law to see you at least 2 times a year.
Ask any senior citizen that is on chronic medication.
Most people that see "regular" doctors get "most" of the cost of the exam covered mby insurance or medicare/medical/ssd/ssi. The also get prescription drug co pays that are low,, and or free.

For all who have fatal illness
the govt just laughs

We thought we are entering a new realm
with Obama at our side, we were wrong

I'm dying of cancer
my bones are brittle
I can't eat

The govt just laughs
I cry with pain

They make me take a Dr's morphine
I'll get addicted, already once.

The govt just laughs

Obama please please stop the fraud and pro-pharmacy.

Can't wait for all the DUI pot sobriety checkpoints. These will be great for cash strapped cities like Eureka.

im tired of what they are doing, and i demand they donate ALL that medicine to the Cannibus Center...hell, they can even tax it, and keep the money to improve their department...that should happen with all the herb they take...the end.

I have to agree that giving in to legalizing is not the best answer but with our liberal government in this state it seems pointless to continue spending all this money on nabbing growers because the penalties they have to pay are minimal. As soon as they are back on the street, they grow and sell again...

The DEA estimates that there are over 2.8 million grow houses in the US.
