attempted armed robbery and he gets three years probation and a $500 fine?

you've got to be kidding.

But when your ex wife entraps you with a family law restraining order by showing up in the grocery store that's right across the street from your apartment, when she lives in McKinleyville 10 miles away, Cissna throws the book at you.

Don't forget Humboldt County votes in the dolts who are their judges.

Two 19-year-old men have been arrested on suspicion of committing a home invasion robbery Tuesday on Knights Lane in Garberville.
Christian “CJ” Shepard was arrested in Garberville on Thursday at about 8 p.m., and Joseph Eudy was arrested at 12:30 p.m. today, according to a Humboldt County Sheriff's Office press release. Both were booked into Humboldt County jail on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, residential robbery and burglary. They remain in jail on $50,000 bail, according to the release.

Great. I hope these guys don't get sentenced by
Cissna or Feeney

Jesse Croyle... he's a familiar presence around the mall. Many stores have alerted mall security and the police about theft issues with this guy. Come to find out he's a tweaker, too? F'ing loser.

Richard Scott Clark, felony attempted armed robbery, Aaron Wade Kangas, felony second degree burglary, Jesse Ian Croyle, felony possession of a narcotic controlled substance, Robert Lynn Austin, felony carrying a concealed firearm within vehicle, Michael Dean Robertson, misdemeanor flight from a traffic officer, Chas Lee Ross, felony possession of concentrated cannabis. Sentenced to formal probation for three years.

Just remember these names if and when they commit mayhem again. You voted the likes of Cissna, Feeney and Miles to the bench. You deserve the society your judges release back upon the streets.

Yes. I've heard that name "Chas" before. I was told he is a real nice guy. Too bad he got caught with some hash(Marijuana resin). That's some serious mayhem. When someone really did commit mayhem and vandalism right in front of my house for hours, they didn't even get pursued, questioned, or arrested by the HCSO. Go figure. I'd rather have somebody sit on my front step and smoke a bowl than to vandalize my house.

thanx for the comment, annonymous.get your 'inside scoop' straight.i was a heroin addict, not a tweaker. i've got 8 months clean today, but i wouldn't change a thing in my past. by the way, shoplifting is built into a product's price. if i never shoplifted, you'd be over-paying for something.

Sad that so many people focus on the negative attributes of debilitating diseases and lump so many different situations together.

This is a fantastic day for using your brain with precision and accuracy. For instance, it's great for filling in a complicated form or going through some complex paperwork because you'll find it easy to concentrate on what you're doing. It's especially good for paying attention to the sort of finicky details that you normally aren't interested in but which are right up your street.
