Ashley like many bussiness are trying to follow the law and also keep each employee's information confidental. What most people don't understand is that the mexican people that are here legally hate the mexican's that are here illegally. Gives them a bad name and causes them problems they don't want. Ashley in a effort to keep records confidential and not to cause trouble between the mexican workers told their employee's that had trouble proving their idenity it would be in their best interest not to tell everyone about each other's problems until they got it solved. At no time do I beleive Ashley was breaking any laws and in fact was trying to follow the law better than most other employers here in the community. Don't always beleive everything you read in the paper's as being the truth. It is only their interpertation of what they heard and a lot of time's is not based on fact.
