Ran into a similar speaker at the church I attended years ago, never went back. But we'll all find out in the end when we meet our maker. Truely amazing with all our freedoms in this country
and how mankind got it all messed up. God help us all and God Bless America.

Seems like another naysayer in a huge field of them. I respect he right of anyone to believe whatever he/she chooses, but it takes more for me. THe words I hear from all the neo-christians are just words. Religion, to me, is not a matter of the brain and the mouth, but of the spirit. These new fanatics pound theories and ideas like the way to God is through thought- the earth is only 6,000 years old, or, witness saw Jesus rise from the grave. How the earth got here means nothing. How you live your life, and what you do with what you know is the test of your integrity. TO me, teaching hate is the anti-Christ. It's not up to any human being to judge, especially the president!

Historically, the reformers and their creeds were
unanimous in identifying each pope as the Antichrist. Scripture, however, does not support
that claim. The Antichrist is a unique individual
without predecessors or successors. He will be the
new "Constantine", the ruler of the revived Roman
Empire. It is important to understand the truth
that Roman Catholicism did not represent Christ
and was not His Church. For at least a thousand
years before the Reformation the true church was
composed of multitudes of simple Christians who were not part of the Roman system. These non-
Catholic Christians out of conscience before God
and in obedience to His Word separated themselves
from what they sincerely called even in that day,
"the whore of Babylon". Those simple believers
were burned at the stake or slain with the sword
and most of their records destroyed when their
towns and villages were razed by papal armies. The
Catholic Church is not the true Christian Church
and will play a significant role with the Antichrist during the final history of mankind. Personally, I don't believe the pope will be the
Antichrist but rather the false prophet who along
with the Antichrist deceives the whole world.

It is a shame that you did not take the time to attend the rest of the lectures given by Mr. Rozell, as you stated in your article, you only attended the first lecture. I was a little confused about the first night, but I continued to attend out of curiosity, and had the opportunity to speak with Mr Rozell, and the pastor of the church. Although it was pointed out that it appeared on the first night that this man was expressing all of his own opinions, he proceeded to clarify at all the subsequent meetings that the information he was giving, were direct quotations from a large variety of official documents and writings, many of them from the Catholic Church (papal encyclicals, etc.). He was laying the groundwork for future lectures, of which I have been fortunate enough to attend them all, and plainly teaches that the Lord Jesus Christ is our savior. He has discussed Biblical prophesy, and proved that all prophesy has come to pass. I have reviewed all the recordings from the lectures, and do not find anywhere where he stated that the Pope (I believe that is who you are referring to in your 8th paragraph) is the anti-christ. And in your paragraph 3, you stated that he was trying to convince people to denounce a race. Nowhere, did he ever state this. I beleive you have misstated your facts, and as I said earlier, it is too bad that you did not continue to attend the lectures.

What do you mean by that, Word Watcher?
The Bible, which claims to be the "Word of God",
clearly teaches that God created man in his image.

And they all here on this thread and other threads perverted the Word of God that became flesh and dwelt among them. He gave instructions to His chosen one, Peter feed His lambs, feed His sheep. Peter did just that after the Holy Spirit on Pentecost Sunday occurred to give him the strength to spread the gospel of Christ (the good news) that after death there is life. It is your choice free will to decide where you will be in heaven or hell for all eternity. And if you are lucky enough to die but not go to heaven or hell but to Purgatory, you will know the Joy when your soul is purged as no unclean soul can go to heaven. A soul must be unblemished, perfect. It is much easier,Jesus said for a camel to go through an eye of a needle than for a man to go to the Kingdom of God. Wow! Atheists here will you or won't you be with God for all eternity? At this stage of your game I am guessing not likely. For the mere fact that you mock the God of all and the God of the Universe and that's not very cool for you to do with your free will.
God bless you anyway for what its worth,

Of course that's what the Bible says. Who wrote the Bible?

Genesis 2:26 says, "And God said,'Let us make man in our image, after our likeness...'" If God had written that, it would read "And I said,'Let me make man in my image, after my likeness...'" And who is the "us" and "our?"

There is nothing in the entire Bible that is written in the first person by God. Everything is written by someone who reports what God said or did. So anyone who is not willing to accept the Bible as a book written by God, himself, is not bound to live by it. Everyone who wants to BELIEVE (key word) that God wrote the entire Bible should live by it entirely. But isn't it odd how those "believers" don't live by every word in the Bible, just what they pick and choose, then want to impose those "beliefs" on everyone else. Go figure.

It's getting too deep for me to get into this conversation. Every one has his own beliefs. Which is the way it has always been, & will continue to be.

God is three persons
one God. Yes, the triune God is hard to understand by
man's finite mind. Nonetheless, he describes himself
as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy
Spirit. Thus, the "Let us make man in our image" is
God in three persons, which is the reason for the
plural language used there. Likewise, man is composed of three as well, body, soul, spirit. Yes,
we are created in the image of God not to be confused
with the idea that we are God. Hope this helps.

The Jesuit order of the Catholic church takes an oath to erradicate all human beings from the face of the earth who disagree or speak against the Catholic Church. Copy and paste the following url into your browser and see for yourself. If you think the Catholic Church is NOT evil, you have something to learn.

Here's the most powerful paragraph in the Jesuit Oath: I furthermore promise and declare that I will, when opportunity present, make and wage relentless war, secretly or openly, against all heretics, Protestants and Liberals, as I am directed to do, to extirpate and exterminate them from the face of the whole earth; and that I will spare neither age, sex or condition; and that I will hang, waste, boil, flay, strangle and bury alive these infamous heretics, rip up the stomachs and wombs of their women and crush their infants' heads against the walls, in order to annihilate forever their execrable race. That when the same cannot be done openly, I will secretly use the poisoned cup, the strangulating cord, the steel of the poniard or the leaden bullet, regardless of the honor, rank, dignity, or authority of the person or persons, whatever may be their condition in life, either public or private, as I at any time may be directed so to do by any agent of the Pope or Superior of the Brotherhood of the Holy Faith, of the Society of Jesus.
See the whole thing at the url that the person "READ THIS" From Brentwood, shows. http://www.remnantofgod.org/jes-oth.htm .

Now read this. this is the current Pope's speech in support of the Jesuits: It's actually at the same url of the previous one, but at the bottom half of the page.

Then I suggest you read the related article called "Assasins of the Vatican".

Oh and did you all know that the literal translation of the word VATICAN is "Divining Serpent". You akll who are fooled about the Catholic Church, need to do some seriouis research.

To "Read THis" and "Check this out"--you gotta be kidding. These publications of this alleged oath have been debunked for years. They are spread about by people such as this speaker to inflame folks against Catholics. They have no basis in fact.
But it's in the Library of Congress! you say. All you need is $30 and you can register anything you want in the Library of Congress. Don't believe me--check it out yourself.
What about the Congressional Record? Again, two politicians vying for the same seat, one a Catholic, one not. The one who was not had a sitting congressman enter his diatribe into the record. It wasn't true but because a sitting congressman said it, it became part of the record.
In either case, there is no requirement for truthfulness. Shame on you for being duped like that. Please do your research next time.

Thanks, Joey, for the info about registering anything in the Library of Congress for just $30. I was wondering what to do with the $300 Bush is going to send me and you have provided the answer. I will pick ten of the most outrageous postings in these forums and enter them for posterity to ponder.
