Isn't it possible that since they are twins, the bloody palm print could be that of the deceased( dennis ) during the fight that happened in the bedroom

I haven't heard all the facts but I my self could never ever see a twin brother killing his twin. not only would he be killing his twin, but he would be killing his best friend, and himself. twins have a bond that is different then single birth childern(Utero bonding). My twin passed just four years ago, and it has been the worst thing that I have ever had to deal with. to add on top of that to be charged in his death would kill me. My thought go out to Derris, his family and his twin Dennis. Stay strong

What other evidence does the police have besides a bloody handprint? How can they have come to the conclusion that it was his twin brother? It doesn't add up! What would be the motive? It just doesn't seem right. If the police do not have more evidence or a motive, how was he even indited? Did the police investigate any other suspects? This case has lots of resonable doubt!

i think he should be found not guilty he did not commit this crime. we have enough black men in prision let this child continue his education

I think it is possible that the handprint was already on the wall, but during the fight, blood was transfered to the wall OVER the bloody handprint.

another thing that i don't understand is what kind of a defence attorney is this, i have seen several instances where i would have objected to the prosecutions witnesses, what experts, if any, could really say that the palm print was that of the defendants and not that of someone else. blood transfer needs experts. my belief is that the brother is innocent!!!

That crazy for someone to get charged in there brother murder with no evidence against him they waisted his time he could of got more education and been what he wanted to be in life

only after he was on trial did the prosecutors test the "bloody" hand print on the wall, the ONLY evidence of his involvement, it turns out it wasnt blood!! He didnt commit anycrime and had to spend so long in jail awaiting trial. I hope he gets the money he deserves on this one!!
