Dear Mr. Sprague,
I hope you get to try out all of these new drug laws you are trying to put into force. When you get Cancer or if you blow out a few discs in your back, you will be protected from becoming an addict.

When you go to get your script every 10 days which makes your copays three times as much, at least you won't become an addict. Of course this doesn't stop diversion one single bit, only drug testing does. Along with the other bills you have from Deductables and Co-insurance, and the extra pain, because Doctors are afraid to treat you properly, and the stress of jumping through hoops while you are very sick, hopefully you won't shoot yourself in the head from the unneeded stress and unmitigated pain. Hopefully the comfort of saving a person from opiode addiction should be enough to keep you afloat during your crisis. Of course, these people you saved from oxycodone will most likely have already found alcohol, but, by god, you saved them from the opiates.
Your measures don't stop anything and they put unneeded pressure on very sick people. Shame on you. Cancer/Spine patients-0 Junkies-1

Next law, take away cars. I've noticed so many deaths because of the texting. If you take the phones away, they'll just get another. We need to ban cars. The car is the thing that kills. Yes, Ambulances and Police cars too.

Drug testing is the only way to curb diversion.

You are listening to a bunch of Junkies and they are telling you that opiates are a gateway to Heroin? If there wasn't any pain medicine left on the Earth and Heroin didn't exist, these same people would find something to abuse. If they then huffed gasoline, would we have to reduce how much gasoline a person could purchase. They tend to have a self destructive quality about them. Pain patients want to live until they find a cure for their ailment. I am livid that you choose the mentally defective over the physically defective. If you want to support a good bill, support a mental health bill.
Don't let these mentally defective people decide how pain patients are going to live. It's not fair!!!!
