Arcadia man faces sexual misconduct charges

An Arcadia man faces two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor after the mother of a 15-year-old girl told Cicero police she learned there had been sexual misconduct involving her daughter when she was 14.

i think if a teenager consents to a sexual encounter with a adult then the adult and the teenager should get in trouble because he shouldnt have did it and the teen either and i think this falls on the parents

Even though I don't approve, I guess I would like to know how old they guy is. If he was 18 when it hapened then that is not good. But if he was 50...that is a HUGE issue to me.

Don't know if I agree about the parents thing though. I was messin around with girls that age when I got my driver's license and 1 thing I can say for sure is that a lil girl that wants to play...will find a way...

Gee, another example of how forcing sex offenders to register and move from many areas is a total failure. This guy was apparently invited into the girl's home by her mother. He was not registered because he had not been caught. Gave the mother a false sense of security these stupid laws did.

This is bazaar. When I was that age I knew girls who dated older guys, around early twenties who had cars, money and partied, and if anyone ever touched them during thier sleep they would have kicked their nads out thier ears.
