I agree with Margaret Byrnes of Monterey Hils. Traffic laws are there for public safety. People like Daniel Koerber probably choose to ignore the laws; therby, law abiders on the freeway in danger.

I do not know Mr. Koerber, nor have I read his response to Ms Byrne's comments. But, I'll bet he could care less about anyone else on the freeway except himself. Mr. Koerber I know it is your freeway, but please show some concern to others that have to use it.

I agree with Ms. Byme regarding the "Speed Demons", especially being tailgated by an overloaded tractor-trailer riding my bumper, while I'm doing 65+, who proceded to pass my full-sized pickup at a speed that caused it to rock violently, and then cut in front of me so close I had to hit the brakes! The driver then proceded to do the same thing to the new driver in front of him!
The tractor had Mexican plates on it and looked as if it was long passed due a safety inspection. I never see a CHP vehicle on the 110 or the 210 freeways.
