ahumduallah kafeer observer..for once we agree on something... i hope she don't get away with this. she was probably too cheap to pay for daycare..she probably did this alot but now it's hot and she didn't think of that.)can i help you steam roller these people too?) R.I.P. to the baby.
No, she did not do this everyday. I know the person, and know that she did not. Does knowing that however create my sympathies for her? No. What a day and age we are in now, where you will remember your cell phone everyday, remember to make that meeting at 9:30AM, but forget where your child is.
This is along the same lines as, "I can't beleive he drowned. He was just out of my sight for a minute..."
How can you let a child playing near a pool out of your site, or forget to drop him off at daycare? It is un-thinkable. I am a parent of two boys, and I have never "forgot" them somewhere, or let them play outside un-supervised. It's a matter of taking time from your day to do it, and to make sure you remember the important things, even if you let others slide(Sh*t, forgot my phone, but let me drop him off first and then I'll get it.)
To make excuses for people like this is a terrible thing to do...

If you can't leave an animal in the car for less then a half hour with the windows rolled down in this day in age, you sure as hell can't leave a child in there! She is a murderer! She has a two year old she remembered to drop off! She forget to drop off the 5 month old right next to it? Hmmm... I doubt it! She should be in PRISON.
She didn't drop off her other child. He went to the grandparent's house and the husband drove him there daily.

i really dont know how you can forget your lil 5 month old baby in the car for nine hours i work at another collection agency in ny and i never once forget about my 16 month old son through out the day the smallest things pop up that make you think of them like someone with the same name or something small like that will trigger your mind to think about them or even a coworker asking you if the lil one got over their latest tooth ache, cold, miserable day or something like...

could she not have pictures of her kids at her desk?? cuz i have many of them on my desk and i think about my son all day long whenever i see them... i pray for brayden and his family and i hope the mother gets what she deserves accident or not she should be punished in some way becuase that poor baby never got to live the life he deserved..

people need to be more careful i mean i am a forgetful person dont get me wrong but i would never forget my son and if i am having a crazy day i do something to help me out like put my purse back there by him or make sure i have a cup next to me in the cupholder with his juice in it so when i go to grab my drink i see his it helps me so i know something like this will not happen to me so people just need to slow down and pay attn to the most important things in your life... your children

RIP Brayden Brol you are in my heart everyday O:-)

I find it reprehensible that Lynn Brol will not be charged with any crime for the death of her baby. We all forget things but I would never forget that my infant was in a seat in the back of my car. Was it not routine for her to drop her child off at day care? The Wyoming County district attorney should be ashamed of himself for letting this woman go free.

Because the mother has suffered this tragic....
Bull, how do you leave a child of any age in a car, in 90 plus degrees? How the heck can you forget a baby? I am so enraged with this system. She got off without even a slap on her wrist.
God forgive me for judging, but again, how do you forget a baby?
Rest in peace sweet Angel.

For her to not be charged with anything at all is a total joke!!!! I am getting awful sick and tired of this sort of thing being swept under the rug when it involves a woman and explained away as "womanly hormones" or postpartum depression. Women can even set their husbands on fire or blow them away as they sleep and explain it away as being "scared" of him. Riiiight, and the only answer was to murder him as he slept too! What a joke. This woman should be held accountable for this. What an embarrassment to the legal system in Arcade, NY.

I work at the same place that the mom does and i cant for the life of me think of any excuse for her. i am absolutely apalled at the fact that they are calling this an accident. im sorry but there is NO way a mother can sit in an office for 9 hours talkin about her baby and lookin at the pictures that are all over her desk of her children and not once think that she "forgot" him i agree that she should be locked in a 130 degree car for 9 hours. and how the family can be so understandable is beyond me....i am so disgusted with this. i could never forget about my child. no way someone can go through 9 hours of work without thinking about their child once. she needs to rot in jail and pay for what she did to that poor innocent little boy. RIP: Brayden Brol
You are soooo right. If I was her husband I would have kicked her teeth down her throat the moment I saw her sorry ass. There is NO defense for this psychotic woman. To let her slide totally scot free is sickening. Way to go Arcade P.D. and the county DA's office!! You're sure an embarrassment to your community.
