These two lost souls have obviously been let down by the very government we have elected to protect us! It just goes to show you that poverty and desperation do not end at our city borders.

These two don’t need incarceration, they need help from us! They need for society to dig a little deeper and help them get their lives back on track!

Seriously, these two are scumbags who have always been scumbags. How can you blame the government? Perhaps the government should throw them in jail for a long time for being theives! I know one of them personally, he's always been a dirtball.

These two need guidance, not jail!

They need a good government program that can give them the long-term taxpayer funded counseling they need to become a part of society. We just can’t throw them away!

We have “don’t leave any children behind”! Does that mean we just leave them behind when they aren’t children anymore? Hillary wouldn’t like you!!!!!!

Hey, with the way things are these days, the price of everything going up and the jobs paying what they do, it's no wonder the rise of copper theft has gone up. On the other hand though, just like with shoplifting, the more that is stolen, the higher the prices go up. And I agree with most that these two shouldn't get jail, they should be given probation with OPTIONS on how to make money and survive without stealing.

Are you really being serious about probation? If your place was burglarized and your personal property that you worked hard for was stolen from you and you were violated you mean you would tell me that you would love that person to recieve just probation. I sincerly doubt that.

i really hope your not talking about me. you have no fucking clue why this happened. when you have back surgery and workmans comp dont pay u enough to support your family see if u just lay down on your back and die. so before u judge me think about that. by the way im not the one who worked there and got 15 dollars an hour im the one who got suckered into driving the truck. plus i dont think u would have enough balls to pull a stunt like this to support your family. times are tough and nobodys gonna hire me, ive tried for 6 yrs to get a job and dss gives the bare minimum and i recieve a bill from them every month for the little help we do get. the goverment will take money from your check every week and if and when u get hurt they wont help u. i watch my girl cry daily from this and my children are to little to understand so before u write assholish shit about people think of how good your life is and how somebodys isnt.

Theft is theft. You think you're the only person suffering? I know of a family who live on dirt floors and dig holes out back to crap in. They are a close knit family, strong on morals and proud. The kids know how to sweat for things they want. They don't sit and bawl about not having their fruit roll ups or that they're having hot dogs again for the 3rd time in a row for dinner. Their youngest is 2 yrs old. I am pretty sure they have it worse than you. Does your family depend on you do take down deer and trap muskrat to fill their bellies? They ever have squirrel stew? No? Then your complaints are invalid. What you did was wrong and what you taught your kids is that it's ok to steal from others when you're down on your luck. That's not being a good role model in my eyes. And seeing you have a computer(to type your gripe), you can't be THAT hard off. I hope someone steals something of yours because it would show how much of a hippocrate you are as you're pressing charges.

Walmart and Mcdonalds are always hiring. Too good for them? Or would you rather be labeled as a thief rather than an employee of either establishment?

seriously people need to realize you do the crime you must do the time. i understand that jobs are starting to become few and far between but still that's no reason to break the law. there are other ways to support yourself and your family. there are still jobs out there, all you have to do is look. it's a big wide world out there and plenty of jobs. you may have to move, but come on, moving from one place to another is a whole lot better than moving from your home to jail. i'm poor, can barely afford to pay my bills, but yet i went without a job for only two weeks. and i'm lazy. so if i can do it i think anybody can do it. there is no excuse.
