We gotta find out where exactly this Earl's is. We hear people talk about it all the time. They say his pies are to die for. Some Sunday when we take our Sunday drive ; we'll drive down Rt. 16 to Chaffee to find Earl's. Hopefully it's open on Sunday afternoons. It differently sounds worth the gas price we'll use going down Rt. 16. When exactly is it going to be opening? Can you let us know?

According to the Buffalo News article regarding the re-opening, he will only be open for breakfast on weekends. You best call and verify this before driving down for pie on Sunday afternoon.

Yummy!!!!!! I remember going here growing up with my grandparents when we would visit my Aunt & Uncle in Franlinville. I was so sad when they closed but now I can continue to take my daughter here and share the memories with her.

My husband and i went to Earl's about 10 nyears ago and we enjoyed ourselves. We always stop at Earl's when we go camping in Cuba N.Y. The service and the waitress make dining there enjoyable, it like eating at home.It is so friendly. We would hate to see it close, because where would we go before we start camping? I guess some place that is not friendly or is a dirty place where you wouldn't too. So i am happy that he decide to reopen.!!!

Earls's is one of the best cowboy resteraunts around they have an awsome breakfast and one of the biggest Cinnamn Buns I have ever seen and it is only 4.99 for the large one. If you are coming from Hamburg Take the 219 to springville turn left on 39 til you come to 16 take a left toward chaffee and it is on the right hand side can't miss it. It is right after the Hearth restaraunt. Hope ya make it there I am sure you will enjoy. Fair warning May be a little slow at first because once he reopens the place will be JAM PACKED.
