I agree that they are both good workers. But I also agree that it is our money paying these guys to do what they do around Arbyrd. Its not like they are volunteering to do the stuff they do, because they don't, its their job. People would probably do more with the town, if they seen their officials out doing more than has been done. It still cracks me up that I was told the 2nd year they had the Haunted house thing, that they had the money for the basketball goals for the park, now its been 2yrs later and all they have done is dug a hole.

I don't recall anyone helping me during the Ice Storm. I only say them clearing the streets so you could drive a car or golf cart down them. Other than that, im not sure what kind of help your talking about, because didn't anyone help me lol.

I will tell you this. More than once I have seen Tracy in Paragould with the water truck and it didn't look like he was on any business for our town because when I tried to talk to him he just turned away and ignored me. Now, when it comes to Mitch, he not only lost his water license but his sewer license too. What this means is that if the city has any trouble with the water or sewer lines Mitch cannot repair them anymore cause he is not qualified. The city will have to hire someone else to do the jobs that Mitch would have to do. All I ever see mitch doing is riding around in the police car. Why is he not working to get his licenses back so our tax money is not being wasted. When Mitch became a cop, all of a sudden it takes two to do the job that one used to do and not only are we paying for an extra person in the water dept but we are also paying Mitch to be a cop.

butterfly, fyi, I helped clean city streets as well, as a matter of fact about 10 residents that live on this street helped clear the roads with the help of the CITY TRACTOR, which everyone is entitled to use.

Butterfly, FYI, I don't have a problem with Mitch or Tracey, Actually I like both of these guys. I commented because someone was acting like we should praise them for the work they do around the city, I said they get paid to do what they do around the city, so we don't have to thank or praise them for anything. And Sorry Butterfly I made a mistake, I was actually talking about Kim, traceys daughter, same way with Debra. Alots of kids, don't work, draws food stamps. But that isn't the issue here. You think we owe them more money for the Ice Storm? What about all the other ppl who was helping them out as well? Maybe we should get paid too.. Alot of us had a our wheelers and trailers out helping, so we should get paid for gas and labor, right? We were right there along side Tracey and Mitch durinig the Ice storm. i agree about the isssue on the ice storm and i never said the people of arbyrd should pay.my problem is people thinks these two get paid alot of money.i dont know what mitch makes its none of my buieness. but i know tracy is struggleing.and im sorry you all feel this way.please just keep them off here.it hurts my mom and she is very sick. thank you!

butterly, if you are a citizen of Arbyrd, then Mitchs salary is your business. Wake up girl, city taxes pay Mitchs salary and Tracys. I think then that we should have a voice in how much they makes. anytime anyone wants to know what anyone who works for the city makes all they have to do is to go to city hall and ask .... they have to tell you cause it is our money paying them.

im not trying to be ugly.but you must not know the law to well.cause their is a law called hipa. i work in a nursing home.the sweet residents that live thier.pay my salary and they cannot be told what my pay is.they know what i make cause if they ask me i tell them.cause its thier money.if somebody in city hall is telling thier salary they can be in trouble.and i know my brother if you ask him im sure he will tell you.and im no longer a citizen of arbyrd. i left cause to many people want to get in others buiness.
