Oh my god i have been watching everyone go nuts on this topix.com bs i really think its rediculous. I also think its pretty sad that all you people who say you dislike darrell and billy seem to have so much time for them on the internet. I happen to like the both of them and dont think darrell should have even lost his job but i guess everyone can have an opinion but this is crazy honestly! Everyone should just move on and shut up because its really not any of your business. Regardless of weather the Fannins were fired for good cause it is sad to me. I am not condoning Darrell by any means but obviously he has problems that he needs to get honest with himself about. It is a sad thing to see someone continue to ruin their life and that is what he seems to have been doing. We don't have to run him down but rather pray for this family that somehow they can come through this being stronger and more honest.

I've been going there a long time too and I agree with you Tom. I think they should fire darels boss "J" too. Carla was just about as bad when she was there and she continued to run the store till they divorced..she said who got hired and fired and if she or the son didn't like someone they didn't last long..People that worked there had to kiss all three of fannins butts to work there, I guess that's why Billy's girl friend worked there. You hang there drinking coffee long enough you end up knowing more about the people working there than you want to sometimes.

its alwways been what carla said thats why darrell has lost contact with his family for about 8 years now. he made his choice

they fired her because she came uo $3,500.00 short after along holiday weekend..they sell alcohol at the store she ran and you wpuldn't believe how much money goes through that store on a holiday weekend..anyway they thought she shafted then so they booted her and almost did darrel too but told him to keep her out of the rector store...that didn't work very long.in no time she was running it thru darrel. he lasted longer without her doing the books than i thought he would have. that's probably what got him caught,not having her. sometimes good people do bad things and sometimes bad people do good things.
