New Faulkners store?

Anyone else heard the rumors of a new Faulkners store/gas station?

there has been talks of a new store I believe, but i think its go something to do with the city of arbyard not wanting to furnish the building and have rent paid on it, thats whats wrong with arbyrd and cardwell for that matter, is if someone wanted to open a business, they would have to purchase a lot, build the facilty, plus all the startup costs. Its just not worth it. I would like to open up a full fledged DVD/ Game Rental and Pizza place here, but there is no building to rent or worth renting, so that will never happen unless the city steps up and realizes the town is going to crap, park needs to be finished, and a couple buildings need to be built for businesses wanting to come into town.

Both Caerdwell and Arbyrd need to revitalize their main streets. I bet that they could get a funding to do so. We need to bring back main street in both towns. Another idea is that we bring back the rail road but in a smaller scale. that loops around dunklin county. It will bring back the history bring in tourist dollars and we would have transit system thats unique to the area.

that was tried but no one was behind the ones that tried it. It was called the Main Street Club, there were things in the works but not enough people wanted to get involved,,, good luck with it but your pissing in the wind, and it was in cardwell, we started it with our own funds

Yeah and the crackheads he has working for him now can run it lmfao, They are losing a lot of business I know of a very upstanding lady that is appauled at the crank jaws that check you out, their jaws are just crankin' away. Not all of them are druggies but more are than arent. And if you doubt it I will pay for the drug tests pop in and make them do it right there and see who fails, I cant tell you before they piss in the cup. So the owner thinks so much of the community that has kept him going, that he thanks you by working crackheads way to go !

with all that money he makes,you would oh mickey would make his store look a little decent on the outside.Looks like a shantY in my oppionion. Walls are busted an cracked open,trash all over outside,cobb webs, needs a paintjob, get reid of the blue cotton trailor or at least move it out back it looks very shity. I mean arbyrd starting to look better, its got a nice park, its getting cleaned up slowy but surely, but i think the main bussiness in town should get on the ball an get its store in shape. it make your overhead go up much mike an you would be doing everyone in arbyrd a favor
