All i can say is that something needs to be done about the crime out here. it's really getting bad.these wanna be gangs, they have tooo much time on there hands. need something to offer these youngins, they need a role model. Joe was killed over something stupid.

It amazes me to see the improvements that the city of New York has achieved with regards to crime, violent and non-violent. When is Baltimore going to follow suite? Ed Norris told the city what needed to be done, but it was taken with a grain of salt.

The biggest problem with that is that more innocent people are getting hit in the cross fire. It sounds like a great idea to let the cancers rid themselves, however, most of them can't shoot straight and end up hitting little kids who just wanted to play out front of their houses.
