Where have you seen on the news that a black person did this or killed Dawn Shipley or killed the 74 year old woman ? Didn't you know the media is not allowed to print or say the race of the attacker, That would be racist !!

Are we to surmise that Hampden remains one of the tidiest neighborhoods in this decaying city simply by chance?

It certain lacks the "urban landscaping" (trash) tht one finds in abundance throughout areas that NEVER looked that way when populated by the accursed "white man" not so long ago.

People I know who use the N Word use it in reference to an attitude and manner of behavior that one can observe readily throughout a city that in heavily populated by lazy, slovenly types who bring nothing to the table but empty hands with palms turned up in anticipation of "freebies" they mistakenly believe they are entitled to receive.

Civiized people rightfully deplore bigoted attitudes. But such an attitude is scarcely attributable to whites only.

And in far too many cases the attitude is justified given the conduct of those who are scorned.

Ok I can name at least 5 white people killed in Baltimore by blacks his year.I on the other hand can't name one black killed by whites.All the whites killed this year have been by blacks who have beaten,shot or stabed them.There also to be fair some whites killed by other whites.

But whites being killed by blacks is far greater then in return.So racism needs to be looked at in blatimore,but it needs to start in the black community.

I have seen white kids heads bashed in by racist grown blackmen.I have had guns pointed at me for entering a black neighborhood.

I have seen to much racism in my young life from blacks.I am sick of seeing the media only report on the minor inncidents of blacks being called names.

Some one mention zach bowers a white guy beaten up by blacks.How about that 70 year old white woman,killed in a home invasion by blacks.Or the white woman killed over not giveing a cig to some blackman.

Truly monstrous behavior exhibted by an out of control black population. Had these been white on black we'd never have heard the end of it.

What is most dangerous is the fact the City of Baltimore has no comment about this alarming trend. It's as if there was some sort of morbid satisfaction in the knowledge that murder had come to the white community. Blacks seem to have grown use to murder as part of life. The are desenatized to the reports since they have grown up hearing about hundreds of them. I think deep down they are collectively thinking 'welcome to the club'.

This being possible I don not think the black community has enough cohesion or determination to focus on the cause of most murders- drugs- and take the appropriate steps to end their pervasive stranglehold on black neighborhoods. Specifically it would mean that people would have to come forward and state plainly that so and so is a drig dealer or this guy shot this other man etc. Thuggery and its don't snicth mentality seem to have won the day over most of Baltimore. Essentially the dominant drug dealers are war lords.Not that much different then what prevails in sub-saharan Africa.

The blacks are victims of being supremely stubborn on top of misplaced pride. They want to take care of their own and resent intrusion into neighborhood business. Case in point nobody comes forward when their is a corner shooting. Happens a hundred times a year. Nobody saw anything and it's the same bit all the way from North Ave to Gwynn Oak.

There truly needs to be a summit and a organized plan to defeat the drug dealers and take back the streets. It may take 5 years to hunt them down and it may require the building of new facilities just for these criminals. I for one would vot for it and would pay more in taxes if I knew that the increase was dedicated 100% to the destruction of Baltimore's drug thugs.

From time to time I rant on these pages about illigitimacy and black culture. I am not a racists by any means. I truly want us all to get along. I would love to see the west side of Baltimore and in particuar the neighborhood called Ashburton. My mother grew up there and I drove by just once more then 25 years ago.

To the point: the decent blacks, of which there are many, need help to reclaim this stolen terittory. If their civic leaders would just come forth and say'we need hel' then people like me would be arm and arm in lock step with them. For now I can only speak from this monor league bully pulpit.

C'mon black folks...demand of your representatives the right to be safe and walk the neighborhood after the sun goes down!

My first girlfriend lived in Ashburton , it is one
of the best neighborhoods ( black or white or mixed ) in Baltimore . You must be real a Baltimorean . I rant about bad behavior wheter black or white too , somebody has got to say something
