Old evidence at new trial

Some folks believe in the illusion of Santa Claus; some folks believe in the delusion of God; some folks are deluded enough to persuade themselves to believe something that is untrue or unreal. Laura, Gina, Laine, Shug, who doesn’t feel a tingle in his heart that Troy is guilty, are going through this life attempting to convince others by pleading or perhaps coaxing that Troy is innocent. It is nearly impossible to ascertain feelings for them on the positive side. The evidence is so conclusive. DNA is irrefutable. Troy confesses to an inmate and verbalizes how he did it. He doesn’t take the stand in his own defense. Troy will have to admit his guilt as a prerequisite to parole. Troy will tell the aforementioned that he didn’t do it but needed to admit guilt to achieve parole status and the deluded will say: “Our justice system is corrupt; it makes a person admit guilt when he is innocent.” There was no (NO) blood from a large man, from a motorcycle type character, from a big dude or others Troy alludes to found at the crime scene: Only the blood of a 16-year-old and his victim’s blood were found. Repugnant as well as deluded describes the above. The deluded are in their forties. Their delusion makes them the equal of Troy. May they look at their child and visualize what Troy did to the Grimes’ child.

Speaking from peronal experience, I know this man to be a master manipulater, a liar, a thief, an alcoholic and drug abuser! He ALWAYS thought he could talk his way out of anything! I was a witness to this many, many times. Oh was he good! He was, at that time, very good looking and had perfected the gift of gab like no other! What a shock it must be for him to see that reasonable people (ie. THE LAW} actually saw through his facade! These defenders of him are obviously so wrapped up in the "MYTH" that is Troy that all sensibilies have gone out the window! WAKE UP!!! And more important, he is never getting out so MOVE ON!

i have known troy all my childhood. it made me ill when i found out that he did this. my heart still goes out to the grimes family. i cant beleive hid this from everybody. what a fool he is.cant beleive he didnt tell his many different aqaintences. i pray so hard for the grimes that they are happy what happened to troy. i still hope he rots in his cell.

If someone you know has information but never assisted/participated or covered up a murder would they be considered an accessory for not tuning the murderer in?
I do not have enough specifics to call and turn them in myself but I am working on it!

Hi Huffer: You have been very consistent in your sentiment as someone who grew up with Troy. Others have been consistent in their delusion that takes the opposite ground from yours. It seems that after visiting Troy's 1st ex-wife, they would align themselves with your emotion. She speaks from personal experience when she denounces Troy as “a master manipulator, a liar, a thief, an alcoholic and drug abuser!” And, she chronicles only a fraction of his repugnant conduct, clearly an extremely offense against society. Huffer: It may surprise you; but, my dad is not particularly happy over Troy’s imprisonment as a result of his savagery concerning me since such lock-up does not bring me back; however, he is happy because society is spared and Gina is spared, though her delusion is imbedded in her. Failure to report a crime IS a crime...Witholding information can be considered complicity...

Troy is getting ready to celebrate his third consecutive birthday in prison; LET US REJOICE. By this date he will have served 1179 days with 6566 days remaining until he is eligible for parole.

Of course to be eligible for parole he will have to confess his murder and show the steps he has taken to make himself a human being, both of which are unlikely.

Unfortunately he is still alive, so this year I pray his birthday gifts include Torture, Rape, Humiliation, Beatings, Nightmares, Horror, Fear And Fright, Persecution, Agony And Anguish, Suffering, Distress with a scoop of Cruelty; and a pinch of Hope via an appeal that will blow up in his face, force him to the ground where “a big dude, a rough and tumble type” of person breaks it off in his a-hole.

I know this is really off subject but I am trying to see if anyone has any info about Mark Duke, Gwen Brown, or the freedom foundation whether it is good or bad please inform me. He is from Parker Colorado and moved into my town in Alabama and there has been alot of questions as to what his true intensions r. Any info would be greatly appriciated!

Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s jail in Maricopa County in Arizona consists of tents; he feeds the prisoners for 20 cents a serving for which they have to pay. He bans smoking, pornographic magazines and weightlifting equipment so they can’t build muscles and assault innocent people when they leave. He started men/women chain gangs. He took away cable TV but found out a federal court order mandated it so he hooked into Disney and the weather channel so “these morons will know how hot it’s gonna be while they are working on the chain gangs.”

He cut off coffee because it has zero nutritional value warning the prisoners that if they didn’t like it not to come back.“This isn’t the Ritz/Carlton.” When the temp reaches such as 116○ he lets them wear pink boxer shorts. He feeds them bologna sandwiches in his barbed wire tent encampment saving the taxpayers $millions and dissuading recidivism and when they complain he reminds them about our soldiers in Iraq:“It's between 120 to 130 degrees in Iraq and our soldiers are living in tents too, and they have to walk all day in the sun, wearing full battle gear and get shot at, and they have not committed any crimes, so shut your damned mouths!”

In the meantime, Troy is thriving in his new environment with so many amenities that many get out and commit crime just to get back in. Huffer: If you really want to turn my dad into a really, really happy camper: transfer Troy over to Sheriff Arpaio’s jail, or better yet, a third world country where even TV is banned and cockroaches and rats can be found in his stew.
