Family members charged in girla s rape

A 12-year-old Dale City girl was raped and sexually assaulted Monday by two of her family members, police said.

I doubt that this was actually rape. If it was rape, the child in question would have been whining to school officials and other people about what these two men did to her.

No, it sounds more like a case of 'statutory rape' that in my opinion is not a crime at all.

I cannot even think as to why yo uare defending these people. This girl was obviously coaxed into the act and then had regret. When will this stop?
It amazes me that some on here are so quick to judge this case without a trial. It figures that many have nothing better to do than start racial wars in our area. I am out of town and the wife told me about it on here....get a life and grow some balls. There is not 1 man out there that cant find a trick online in these times. Why 12 year olds/.

Disgusting individuals yet this is portrayed as just an old white male problem. Too bad that a majority of these cases that pop up in this area are committed by Hispanics yet it is tabulated towards the white or black crime statistics. Why is that?
