Cops: Dog bites cop assaulted by suspects

Jail the perps, kill the dog and sell the bike to raise money for a job well done.

A word of caution to police. When making a traffic stop, or attempting an arrest in Flanders: Open the saftey snap on the holster of your glock, and take the weapon off saftey.

its called flanders, which could double as the pit of hell...sans some decent scenery. for up-islanders who have no clue, flanders/riverside/northampton is one of the poorest, most disgusting, crime ridden predominately black areas of long island that puts places like shirley/mastic to shame. the people are savages and do not respect or care about anything. riverhead has been getting worse and is almost as bad now, thanks to the economy really taking a toll on riverhead's downtown revitalization, which hasnt helped.
