I'm glad that four of the horses have been adopted and hope that the fifth gets a new home soon. Kudos to the SPCA and all those involved in nursing the horses back to health.

I know that man accused of abusing these poor horses. It has been many years since I knew him, but I must say that I'm surprised that he would do such a terrible thing. If he is guilty, then I hope that he is punished accordingly, which I think should include being barred from animal ownership.
