Please people, don't pass judgement on this gentleman until you know all the facts. I know for sure that he has a huge heart and would never do any of the heinous acts that were reported. I grew up with him and saw what a kind and humane man he has been his entire existence. Mr. Burnett, Almighty Aziz, Chango and I all went to elementary school together and also volunteered at the church. This is a good man.

This psycho attacked four women until one of them stabbed him with a kitchen knife. Give her a medal. It might have only been one victim and a dead dirtbag, if one of those chicks had a gun. This piece of trash certainly provided an excuse for justifiable homicide with that broken bottle...

These girls/women were critically and seriously injured by that brutal act of abuse. I hope all women will feel empowered to carry pepper spray and study some sort of self-defense after reading this. I'm going to.
I send prayers to these women/girls who stood up and fought as heroic heroines. I admire them, yet I am saddened that they had to suffer from their pure acts of courage. I hope they and their families may be supported, taken care of, and blessed in their healing process.

I do know the facts. I know one of the girls who fought back against this animal. She arrived at the party very late, she wasn't drinking and she and her friends were tuned in enough to this guy's attitude to stay awake and know that the birthday girl's mother--his girlfriend--was going to be in harm's way if she and Burnett were left alone. When Burnett began attacking the woman, my friend and her friend could have run for their lives; instead, they came to the woman's aid and put themselves at risk in order to protect her.

I don't care what school he went to or how good of a person he was previously. He should be charged with attempted murder for throwing Mary off the balcony and for hurting the two young girls. One was gashed in the forehead with a broken wine bottle and received nine stitches; the other was hit repeatedly in the head with a frying pan and had to have her skull stapled shut in the ER.

And it happened in Rio Del Mar, in a beautiful house, in a safe part of town.

These girls have been traumatized and will need our prayers for quite some time. Please keep them in yours.

One of the girls involved was my little sister. All the girls are ok, their wounds are stapled up, one has 2 black eyes and a gash down her face from the broken sangria bottle, the other has a gash in her head from the frying pan, but they are healing. One of the girls involved brother, broke his wrist from hitting the man several times. The bigger problem they are all having is sleeping at night because they can't get the images out of their heads. Thank you all for your support and prayers, we really appreciate it. I hope he rots in jail!

Well, let's hope the poor woman who got thrown off the balcony does NOT get back together with this guy... that is an unfortunate fact in a lot of domestic violence cases. I might venture a guess this might not be the first time this guy was violent towards someone he supposedly cared for.

Interesting insight. Google "Greg Burnett occupational therapy" and you'll see this guy had his license suspended in May of 2005 and revoked in October of 2004.
