Is it true that he got fired from a job at Safeway beacuse of sexual harassment, before working at BLM? If so, how could Ben Lomond market hire him putting their emplyees at risk? Why is the paternity test taking so long?

ASHAS MEMORIAL WAS NOT THE CANDLE LIGHTING ACROSS THE STREET. I SHOP AT THAT MARKET AND THEY CLOSED FOR HER ACTUAL MEMORIAL :)

Many in our community are sad to know that it is possible that the Ben Lomond Market owners may have known that this dangerous sexual preditor was working around our children.

Mike and I are ex-romates, from years ago.
said girl friend that was a miner at the time. She was over at her own free will, Mike was very crude at times, I am not excusing mike for what he did, butshe was a willing part of his and her life then. His acts at safeway are true, he was fired for sexuale herasment. I am sure he did what is charged with the ben lomond girl AND POSSIBLY MANY OTHER. I have knowen Mike for many years, sometimes its hard to beleave and sometimes it`s not.

Oh you bet I quit!! They do run a "business" as you say, but they run it without consideration of their employees rights under labor laws ( no one should have to clock out to use the restroom, duh) and no consideration for the women who are being abused by sexual harassment in their company. If they have ran "other markets" they should have known better and should show some CLASS and TACTFULNESS. Hate is definately an ugly thing.. as is turning a blind eye away from factual evidence of an employee being a predator, so much that more women had to be hurt while he was never held accountable.
