Au Midi has been open since the fall, which is longer than a "few months". The chocolate nougat dessert is the best dessert on any menu in Santa Cruz County.

That's kind of picky about how long it's been open. Between "last fall" and the time the article was published, it was "a few months."

But Peking is right about one thing - the desserts really are great.
