Oh, meth heads both of them! That totally explains the bizarre behavior demonstrated the mother. Yes, let's take the Liberal low road and legalize all drugs and stop the horrible war on drugs as they believe it is a waste of our financial resources! Put them both in prison and throw the keys away. Ooops! I forgot! Here in Liberal Land, the judges almost always give them community service or parole almost immediately after incarceration if and when they actually get a prison sentence.

So originally the story was "be lenient, she has a mental illness" but now we learn she and her husband do meth.....totally changes the thinking on this one, doesnt it. It is easier to be compassionate with people with mental illnesses but I have no compassion for people that use. That little angel had to pay with her life for her mothers sins.

Meth is one of the cheapest drugs and most addicting to those who choose its path. There are multiple sources of manufacture and distribution: Mexican gangs (both Norteno and Sureno), the H.A. and the local yokel cookers! It's really a very nasty process leaving a horrible residue which is classified as Hazardous Materials which requires specially trained personnel and procedures for safe removal. It easily contaminates the ground, water and surrounding environment and the manufacturing process is highly flammable!

So which was it anyways? The so called meth use (sounds like an excuse to me) or her mental illness? As far as I am concerned, when she lifted the pillow to pull her hair in retaliation (sp?), that sounds like intent to me and knowing exacatly what she was doing.

It is so easy for any of us to sit at our PC's and point our 'holier than thou' fingers at sick people... When I've seen Mom's on cable news that murder their own children I have never had a lot of empathy for them (the mom's). This changed when Veva killed Bella. They went to the same church as me, and were my neighbors. I was, and still am, heartbroken by this tragedy; that's exactly what it is, a tragedy. I watched Veva get Baptised, and saw the radiance around her that day... I never knew she was mentally ill until after the fact. My prayer is that we would put a fraction of as much effort into praying for this family, as we do in bashing them. In the end, it's between Veva, Bella, and God, not us. I believe Veva is in dire need of serious help, and definitley needs to own up to, and do time for playing 'God' with Bella's precious, short life. All the time in the world is not going to bring Bella back; please be praying for this family, our county, and our beautiful country. Lord knows we all need it.
