Attorney: Dispute over house may have led to Appomattox shootings

An attorney who worked for the family of an Appomattox man arrested in connection with the slaying of his sister, brother-in-law and six others said Thursday there might have been a tragic misunderstanding about a transfer of control over their home.

Simple cure, make inheritances illegal, all personal wealth transfers to the state when a person dies. The state then redistributes the wealth based on the needs and desires of the state.
