How could the police chief even say ,that the officers did everything the right way.Inpossible what was the reason for them to tase my brother Marcus Roach Burruss.Did he hit them, did he have a weapon. All my family and I know is that my brother is gone. And we need some closure and answers. My brother was tased more than one time. Why did he fall from this on his face with know assist from the police,Why was my brother not told to lay on his stomach,Not much that he could do just being in a car accident. If he was in custody were was the handcuffs, not on my brother that's for sure.It took days before my brother name was even released, why was that the police dept know who he was. That's how they got in touch with our family the same day my brother was brought into Theda M.Clark Medical Center. We have question that needs to be answered.

I am a Ph.D. physicist and a Bioelectromagnetic Hygienist (meaning I specialize in preventing ill health from exposures that are electrical or electromagnetic in nature). On December fifth of this year, I made a presentation to the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board (which is responsible for setting minimum training standards for Wisconsin law enforcement officers) in which I explained how the Taser can kill people, and I provided documentation from medical and/or scientific sources for my assertions. It is possible to use a Taser safely, if the user is properly trained. The training that Wisconsin law enforcement officers have received to date, I told the Board, in my judgment qualifies them to use a Taser ONLY at the deadly force level. I outlined what additional training Wisconsin's law enforcement officers need in order to be able to deploy a Taser in a manner that minimizes the risk of death. What action the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board will take as a result of the information I provided it remains to be seen. Anyone wanting to contact me may write to me at P. O.
