The religous right gov walker has asured his pals he will create 14 new private prisons in Wisconsin creating thousands of jobs. This will take thousands of poor out of the voting both and allow them to control and ruin more people. After all harming children helped him advance to Governor. Like Duffy he used the judges mom to get great conviction rates. Now he is a federal legislature. The more they harm the more they are advanced. Private prisons like in Iran have allowed torture as policy. Walker enjoys that. These policies are so they can wave all kids 14 or over into adult prisons and ruin them as young as they can.

It will bring families moving to Appleton from California to be near there loved ones. It always does. This will create more poverty. This will also create many prisoners staying in Wisconsin after release. This has many downfalls too. Prison guards are not the greatest people either. Arrogance of the job makes honest people act bad.

Does this mean that the Demorats will no longer be able to cover up their crimes in Wisconsin?

Wisconsin does not have a legitamate avenue to public coruption. I beleive doyle`s no bid contract for a train was wrong. I also do not beleive in handing the train money to foreign corporations. The rails are owned by the canadian railroad and the train was being built by a spanish company. On the other hand I beleive in citizen rule not corporate rule. Corprtate judges have ended everything from consumer protection to legitamte insurance settlements. I also support small business and republicans only support big business. That is why do not supprt the right. I also support the constitution and all of it`s effects. Not just the second amendment and burn the rest. Right wing judges will never rule in favor of a civilian. That makes them not judge , but predators. I can not support corporate devine king rule. Some of us have minds of our own we are not sheep.

What do you mean? I have known Sheriff Fletcher for over 30 years and have found him to be a top law enforcement officer. I would like to check into your background. Please provide your name and DOB. Hiding behind a blog like this is a very cowardly.

Come on now put up of shut up.

If you would have taken the time to read the post written 1 hour before yours, you would have seen that the article pertains to Appleton MN, which just happens to be 303 miles from you in Winter WI. You also refer to the second amendment, probably hoping it will make you sound at least remotely like you have intelligence. Another swing and a miss! My guess is, if you've read any of the 2nd amendment at all, you've done so more poorly than you've read this news article. Also, might I point out that perhaps the judges you like to bash aren't quite as against you, the civilian, as you would like to "beleive", but instead, during your own personal lawsuit, maybe they just didn't take you seriously because of your lack of preparation for court and your inability to keep from talking senselessly about trains and other irrelevant matters, and your innate ability to present yourself as a babbling fool. I'd like to suggest that if you have, as you say, a mind of your own, that you see if you can find it.

We do not need cut-rate corporate prison worlds eating up tax money and abusing prisoners and workers. Prisons should be government run or not built at all.

Better the tracking bracelets and house arrest for most minor crimes.

Prairie Correctional Facility is located in Appleton, MN. A contract between CCA and the State of California is being worked on. A letter of intent from California has been sent, no contract has been signed yet.
Private correctional officers and all of it's employers are just as good at what they do........or better.....than any government run facility. PCF was one of the best run facilities in the nation. Not only do they have to pass all audits by the state of MN, but, also by the state of which it is in contract with and ACA. It is the unions that don't like private corrections, but, as a MN taxpayer, knowing that private PCF can hold prisoners and save millions of dollars and do the job AS well as any MN state facility.....if not better, then, I think MN needs to fill it up again. But, since MN effed the moon.......bring on California and 350 jobs western MN needs!
