Wow! I remember seeing Tesla at the Oasis Ballroom in Sacramento back in the 80's - that was before they were even known as Tesla - the name of their group was,"City Kid" before they made it big. I would definitely have gone to this concert!!

Actually, I think I've heard Tesla described as "blues rock," or something similar.

[Doing what you can]

I think it's great that people are doing what they can to help their communities, whether having benefit concerts or donating time.

Back in the day, my brother was a Tesla fan, and I was all about Duran Duran, so to me, Tesla was hard core. Haha! I hear their music now, and I'm surprised how mellow it sounds.
