I hope the slugger obeyed the law when he bought his bat. Or he could be in real trouble. In November 1993, the Brady Bat Violence Prevention Act of 1993 (Brady Act), Public Law 103-159, was signed into law requiring Federal Bat Licensees (FBLs) to request background checks on individuals attempting to purchase a Bat. Maybe he bought it illegally from some Bat show. For those of you liberals that will struggle with this......It is called Sarcasm. It is to bad 2 morans could not figure a way out of their dispute without one killing the other. But our society seems to be putting out a lot more of these idiots. We just had a killing with a knife, now a bat. What is next? My favorite and yours from the land of Islam.....We can maybe stone someone to death next.

Dear Hamad, Before ragging on other people...you should know how to spell your words or you'll end up sounding like a "Moran" yourself...Oh and your sentence "It is to bad 2 morans could..." is full of mistakes and for you this is not Sarcasm...but the truth! This is one of the more poorly written pieces I have ever read. You're right,99. This article is like something out of a high-school paper. I don't know why there's a quote from a guy barely older that the victim who was married to the victim's mother about what he was like as a teenager. Yes, I know that was confusing. So is the article.

Everyone should remember that these are people who have been involved in a terrible incident. Families are grieving and then they have to drudge through this nonsense?!
