«The war on drugs», wasnt being won before ab109. But i do realize that it exists solely for propagandeous purposes. Why dont they get that upset when baby rapers, or "child molesrers" get released? Ummmmmmmmmmm.

I agree! There are so many other crimes committed that are far worse.
That is what law enforcement should be focusing on.
