This is my first visit to Topix and I find it interesting. I am curious, however, that there is no forum posted yet that addresses the consolidation.

While I have no opinion one way or the other, has anybody considered the notion that if a coal company wants the coal under a school badly enough, the coal company should be willing to pay enough for the property - and I assume the coal - to build a new school?
